DOMAIN NAME
In the case of ListingDomains.com, single property websites, Properties Online, LLC will register your requested domain name and obtain ownership of said name. Use of the domain name is included in your Listing Domain Web Site fee. You may continue to use the name after your initial 12 month subscription by extending your hosting with Properties Online, LLC. You may purchase the domain name outright for an annual fee of $15.00. Please contact sales@listingdomains.com for additional information on purchasing domain names.

For RealEstateSites.com Agent websites, you agree to allow Properties Online, LLC to act as your agent for the purpose of administering the domain name you select for your agent website (or existing domain name, if you transfer one to be used for your agent web site). As agent, Properties Online, LLC will use the domain registrar of it's choice to renew the domain name annually and to assign domain name servers. Upon termination of your Agent Website, Properties Online, LLC will, upon your request, relinquish control of the domain name to you or your designated agent.

USER'S GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE
By posting or submitting content to this site, you:

HOMEOWNER PRIVACY POLICY
If the homeowner (seller or new buyer) request that their website be taken down, Properties Online, LLC reserves the right to do one or more of the following: Change the domain name, remove the property address, replace one or more of the original photos with generic home photos, or take the website off line. Properties Online, LLC will make every effort to keep the website active while maintaining the privacy rights of the homeowner.
